On 31st October 2023, Sopheon and IOps announced they had reached agreement on the terms of a recommended Cash Offer by IOps for the entire issued, and to be issued, share capital of Sopheon. The Acquisition is to be implemented by way of a Court sanctioned Scheme of Arrangement (the Scheme).
The Scheme received shareholder approval at a General Meeting and Court approval at a Court Meeting both held on 8th February 2024. The Scheme is now subject to Court sanctioning at a Court Hearing to be held on 16th February 2024
We are pleased to have realised another successful arbitrage, with a return of 10% on invested funds over our holding period of 3 months.
