With the takeover for Biffa Plc finally struck at £1.3bn, another arbitrage position for Britannic Holdings Corporation reaches its conclusion, sweetened by the sell off of panicked markets following the mini-budget over 26 and 27 September, offering the opportunity to load up on the stock at a circa 20% discount to its recently trending value of £4.00 per share.
It just goes to show that where there's much there's brass!
